Tax exemption forms must be sent to Pittsburgh Trophy Company either by email or uploaded here. The form can be downloaded and uploaded from the link located at the bottom of the page.

Credit is accepted through the paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL LOGIN TO USE THIS PROCESSOR.
